$225 per 50 minute session.

Payment can be made in cash, check or credit card.

 

I have a limited number of sliding fee appointments available.

 

Under the No Surprises Act, Good Faith Estimates are provided.

Do you have insurance?
 

I am currently in network with AETNA, Cigna, Optum, MHN and Kaiser.

Please contact your insurance company to ensure that I am a provider on your insurance policy.

If I am not on your insurance panel ("in-network provider"), I can provide a "superbill" (receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance, Employee Assistance Program or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking at a minimum the following questions of your insurer:

• Do I Employee Assistance Program coverage? How do I use it?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

• Does my policy cover video / telehealth sessions?

• What is my co-pay? Do I have co-insurance? How much is the co-insurance?

• Is Kathie Adams an in-network provider?

• What does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

• Is there a reference number for this call?
